Registration policy
The 4th CTC Meeting in Groningen will take place from Monday June 27 through Wednesday June 29, 2005 in the University Medical Center Groningen, Groningen, the Netherlands. Groningen is connected by a direct train to Amsterdam Schipol Airport (~2.5 hrs).
We will be able to accomodate a maximum number of 125 participants.
There will be a welcome reception and registration Sunday evening June 26.
Participants will need to make hotel reservations by themselves. We have blocked 80 rooms at the NH Hotel Groningen, just across from the meeting venue at a rate of €82 per night, including breakfast. The registration form for the hotel reservations is available here for download.
The registration fee for this meeting will be €200. This includes daily lunch, which will be served during poster sessions. In addition, the registration fee includes buffet style dinner on each of the three meetings days.
